Service Above and Beyond the Call
We got a call from the Director of our Irish factory at the weekend as one of her customers was urgently needing a radiator for a large excavator which was in stock in our warehouse here in Glasgow. Not a problem. Her customer drove over via the ferry and we met him at the warehouse on Sunday afternoon. Within minutes he was loaded and heading back to the ferry terminal with the precious cargo. A long round trip but well worth it to get the machine working again with minimal downtime.
